Week 3 - Help, I Need More Amenities!

This month, our theme is Synthetic Turf Solutions for Common Commercial Problems. In the previous article, we looked at how our turf can provide a better play area for Dog Facilities. In this week’s article, we are going to address commercial venues that need amenity upgrades, though they perhaps aren’t aware of the opportunities our turf may provide. How does ForeverLawn raise awareness of and deliver on these opportunities?


There are a breadth of facilities that offer amenities – hotels, apartments, community centers, schools, and gyms – to name a few. Some of these amenities are our bread and butter, such as dog relief areas and dog parks, mini sports fields, and putting greens. Others are outside our direct scope, including pools, weightlifting equipment, basketball courts, etc. One caveat to keep in mind is that amenities outside our direct scope nevertheless provide adjacent opportunities for our turf, opportunities which add value to the amenity.

Synthetic turf is a growing industry. Not all turfs are created equal, and clients recognize luxury when they see it. More than aesthetic recognition, our turf creates opportunities for comfort and use which they would otherwise lack. LandscapeGrass around a pool looks and feels good – no more mud. SportsGrass in a workout facility creates aesthetic and functional opportunities – think marked lines and a weighted sled. PlaygroundGrass reduces parent stress – no more sand in shoes, stains on clothes, and mulch in mouth. I could go on, but the point is that all these features inevitably increase client retention, and increased client retention increases book of business through referrals. This, in turn, creates peace of mind for the company offering the amenity – their maintenance time on the amenity decreases while their ROI increases.
