In the last post, we looked in detail at the return on investment for our turf. This post will explore the intangible benefits our turf provides.

What is an intangible benefit? It is something a service or product provides that cannot be strictly measured. It includes things such as peace of mind, enjoyment, convenience, and purpose. To use last post’s example: a new lawnmower makes my repair bill go away (tangible benefit) but also provides me with a new sense of purpose as I do yard work (intangible benefit).

How does our turf relate to this?

Consider what some of our clients have said in their google reviews:

“Very pleased with the result.”

                           “Wonderful company to work with.”

                           “Thanks for the great work!”

“My family and I are extremely happy with the finished product.”

Why did these clients feel these ways? There are many reasons – promptness, communication, product, price – yet the important part is the overall impression we made with our install and product. This impression cannot be quantified, yet it leaves an indelible mark on our clients.

Why should this influence prospective clients?

Because no customer wants a product that only meets their intellectual requirements – they also want something that makes them feel a certain way. And ForeverLawn has proven able to do just that.
